SHRIMP POBOY – Made with French bread, deep fried breaded shrimp crowded on a bed of lettuce with special marinated tomatoes. Jazz it up with cocktail sauce, mustard, mayo or tartar sauce. Comes w/chips. $5 small, $8 large
OYSTER POBOY – Same thing as a shrimp poboy, but we use oysters. Need we say more? Comes w/chips. $5 small, $8 large
GUMBO – By the cup ($2.50) or the bowl ($4), it’s good ol’ shrimp and crab gumbo with all the stuff we grew up with. We guarantee this will be the best gumbo you will have this year. Hungry for more? Get a quart for $13. If that’s still not enough, we can make a whole pot just for you. Just ask!
ETOUFFEE – Shrimp and the trinity in a tomato rue with some French bread to wipe the bowl clean. $3 small, $6 large.
STUFFED FLOUNDER – Filled with our secret shrimp and crabmeat stuffing and a hint of cheese, its broiled in lemon, butter and garlic. 2 sides and a roll. $10 lunch, $12 dinner.
